Key Responsibilities
  • Writing $40,000–$60,000+ in monthly premium
  • Generating and closing auto, home, and renters policies
  • Cross-selling life and health consistently
  • Managing and moving your pipeline daily
  • Hitting defined monthly premium targets
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life & Health license (preferred or willingness to obtain immediately)
  • Documented production history
  • Strong follow-up discipline
  • High personal accountability
We are not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We are looking for someone who executes.If you want a comfortable 9–5 with low expectations, this is not the right fit. If you want income tied to performance in a structured, growth-focused agency, this is for you.
Income StructureHigh performers earn $60,000 - $95,000 annually (Base salary + commission)Income scales directly with production. There is no cap.

This is a remote position.

Compensation $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
