The Assistant Director of Operations is a player/coach role at the heart of our agency. You will personally produce new business while supporting daily office operations and holding our team accountable to their goals. This is not a purely administrative role; we need someone who leads by example through their own production while keeping the office running at the highest level. Responsibilities
  • Personally produce new business daily across auto, fire, life and health product lines
  • Support and coach team members toward their individual production goal
  • Oversee daily office operations and workflow
  • Coordinate between in office and remote team member
  • Liaise with our dedicated service team to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare and review daily and weekly production reports
  • Run daily team huddles and contribute to a positive high-performance culture
  • Be the agency's anchor when the owner is working remotely
  • Collaborate with the agency owner on operational strategies and team development
Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required
  • State Farm agency experience strongly preferred
  • Proven personal production track record
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office
  • High integrity — non negotiable
  • Self motivated and independently accountable
Compensation and Benefits
  • Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
  • Annual production growth bonus
  • Total earning potential $70,000 - $90,000
  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Compensation $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
