ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jennifer Jacobs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
- Proactively engage prospects and existing customers to uncover needs and offer solutions.
- Write new business and consistently work toward meeting monthly sales and service goals.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to educate customers about insurance and financial services.
- Support office operations by handling administrative tasks and contributing to a positive team environment

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensing Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred. Applicants without licenses must obtain them prior to hire.
- Strong communication skills—listening, presenting solutions, and building trust.
- Confidence in speaking with people, whether on the phone or face-to-face.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and follow through on commitments.
- Prior sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be reliable, coachable, and eager to grow.
