We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in insurance sales, client support, marketing, and business development. If you’re a self-starter who loves talking to people and wants to build professional skills that last a lifetime, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Help Clients & Support Sales
  • Gather information and prepare insurance quotes.
  • Call existing clients to offer coverage reviews.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (like bundling home & auto policies).
  • Follow up on pending applications and claims.
✅ Get Creative with Marketing & Outreach
  • Create engaging social media content (educational posts, testimonials, industry tips).
  • Assist in reaching out to real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and car dealerships for referral partnerships.
  • Help organize community events to promote our agency.
✅ Make a Real Impact
  • Assist in creating a "New Client Welcome Packet" to improve customer experience.
  • Research local competitors and market trends.
  • Clean up and organize our client database to streamline agency operations.
